Step 1. Pick a plan — monthly billing ($75 every two months), prepaid 6-month ($225), or prepaid 12-month ($450). Prepaid plans include a free bonus crate.

Step 2. Your first crate ships within one business day. Subsequent crates ship every two months on a fixed cadence (so you can predict when they'll arrive).

Step 3. Each crate arrives with six full-size products, the story of every maker, and a few recipes pulled from chefs we trust.

Step 4. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime via your account login. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next ship date with no questions and no fees. Prepaid customers receive every crate they paid for and nothing renews automatically.

No locked contracts. No surprise charges. No "wait, what did I sign up for again?" calls to customer service.

Can I cancel my Mantry subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next ship date with no fees or questions. Log into your account or email help@mantry.com. Prepaid plans don't auto-renew — you receive every crate you paid for, and that's it. No locked contracts, no surprise charges.

Can I skip a crate if I'm traveling or not ready?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can skip an upcoming crate via account login or email. Your subscription continues at the next cycle. Prepaid customers can delay their next shipment if needed — email us before the ship date.

What's actually in a Mantry crate?

Six full-size products from six different American makers. A typical crate includes a few pantry staples (a sauce, a salt, an oil), something sweet, something snackable, and a wildcard. Past crates have featured Yellowbird Hot Sauce, Bourbon Smoked Pepper, Ground Up Nut Butter, Shotwell Candy, Forward Farms Beef Tallow, Savage Jerky Co., and many more. Every crate is different.

What if I don't like one of the products?

Across 14 years and 12,000+ products, most customers find that one or two items per crate aren't to their taste — that's part of the discovery experience. Most customers re-gift the items that don't fit, or pass them to family members or friends who love them. The other four or five products usually land just fine. How is Mantry different from other food subscription boxes?

Three differences. First, every product is full-size — no sample-size cheats. Second, every product is from a different small-batch American maker — we don't repeat brands month over month. Third, the crate itself is a handmade American wooden box, not cardboard. Most subscription boxes ship in flimsy printed boxes. Ours ship in something you can keep on a shelf.

When will my first Mantry crate ship?

Within one business day of your order. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days. Subsequent crates ship every two months on a fixed cadence so you can plan around them.

Do you ship internationally?

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

I started Mantry fourteen years ago because I couldn't find a good food gift to send my brother. The available options were generic gift baskets full of crackers and chocolates from brands you already knew. None of it was the actual point of food — which is to introduce somebody to something they wouldn't have found on their own.

The benefit of subscribing is simple. You stop searching for new food makers worth knowing about. Every two months, six of them land on your counter — already vetted, already chosen, already in your kitchen. We do the tasting. You do the eating.
