Ingredients

  • 1oz. Prevail 100% Grass Fed Beef Umami Jerky, sliced thin
  • 1 crisp apple
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1/2 tablesppon Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Slice the apple into thin match sticks, toss with Prevail jerky, cilantrtro, olive oil and citrus or apple cider vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Use on pulled pork, burgers, sandwiches or serve as a side.
