- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Scoop Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
- 6 oz almond or plant-based Milk of choice
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Keto Chocolaty Cookie Dough Rowdy Bars, sliced into cubes
- Blend the first five ingredients until smooth, pour into a glass, top with chunks of rowdy bar, a dollop of peanut butter and sliced banana. Dust with cinnamon.
