A quick, citrusy yuzu dressed slaw with meatiness from one of our favorite bags of  jerky that can be used on burger, dogs or sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Bachan's Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 oz. Field Trip Korean Style BBQ Jerky, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients, and serve.
Pro Tip: For maximum crunch make sure all the ingredients except the jerky are cold!
