Wild Mint Julep Paletas

Ingredients
- 2 bags Juniper Ridge Sage & Wild Mint Tea
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup demerara sugar
- 1/3 cup bourbon
Directions

Bring sugar and water to a simmer in a saucepan over med-low heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep until the mixture has cooled to room temp (about 40 minutes). Once cooled, removed tea bags.

Add bourbon, stir to combine, pour the chilled mixture into popsicle molds, cover the top with foil, and insert the sticks. Freeze.
- Un-mold the popsicles by submerging the mold in hot water.
