Sweet heat meets umami goodness with these sticky, finger lickin' flavor bombs using two of our favorite products i the USA. Make up a batch for the big game or a backyard cookout.
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoons Thai Tango Chile Sauce
- 1oz Think Jerky, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 green onions slced thin
Preheat grill to high
Pat wings dry, in a bowl toss wings with oil, Thai Tango Sauce and season with salt.
Grill wings until cooked through.
In a bowl, add grilled wings to 1 tablespoon butter, another little squirt of tango sauce, green onions and sliced jerky, toss to coat.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Pro Tip: Marinate the wings in Thai Tango for a couple of hours before cooking, just be more careful not to burn the wings on the grill!
