Sweet heat meets umami goodness with these sticky, finger lickin' flavor bombs using two of our favorite products i the USA.  Make up a batch for the big game or a backyard cookout.  

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings 
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Thai Tango Chile Sauce
  • 1oz Think Jerky, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lime, quartered
  • 2 green onions slced thin

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to high

  2. Pat wings dry, in a bowl toss wings with oil, Thai Tango Sauce and season with salt.

  3. Grill wings until cooked through.

  4. In a bowl, add grilled wings to 1 tablespoon butter, another little squirt of tango sauce, green onions and sliced jerky, toss to coat.

  5. Serve with lime wedges. 

Pro Tip: Marinate the wings in Thai Tango for a couple of hours before cooking, just be more careful not to burn the wings on the grill!
