• Greenpoint Trading Co. T Bone Steak Seasoning
  • 1.5 Lb. skirt steak (about 1/2" thick)


  1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes (this helps with even cooking). Pat dry with paper towels and coat with T Bone Rub.

  2. Grill  on high 3-4 minutes per side until meat is nicely charred and medium-rare.

  3. Transfer steak to a carving board; let rest for 5-10 minutes. Thinly slice serve on the board with salad!
