Sopressata, Ricotta & Nduja Bruschetta


  • 2 slices whole wheat country bread
  • City Saucery Tomato Nduja
  • 3 oz. Parma Sausage Soppressata (Sliced Thin)
  • Ricotta
  • Olive oil


  1. Toast bread, smear on thin layer or Tomato Nduja, spread on ricotta, season with salt, top with a couple slices of Sopressata and drizzle with olive oil.

    Pro Tip: Top with fresh herbs like basil or parsley if you have it.
