Smoked Salmon & Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Gravlax or Smoked Salmon
Beer Flats Crackers 

Dressing

1/4 cup Grainy Mustard
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Chopped Dill
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt

Directions

1) Whisk together mustard, honey, olive oil, dill, lemon juice and salt 
2) Lay out gravlax on Beer Flats
3) Top with dressing and a sprig of dill
