- 1 oz Pok Pok Som Drinking Vinegar
- Lime Wedge
- Crushed or Cubed Ice
This unique and refreshing summer cocktail features Tamarind Pok Pok Som drinking vinegar from the award winning Portland, OR restaurant.
1) Muddle cilantro, tequila, lime juice and Pok Pok Som in a Collins glass.
2) Add ice, and fill glass with soda.
3) Garnish with lime wedge and / or cilantro and serve.
