• 1 large bananas, peeled, sliced. (over ripe and frozen is best)
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 3 tbs Tru-Nut Powdered Peanut Butter.
  • 2 tbsp The Jam Stand Drunken Monkey Jam 
  • ice (as needed)


  1. Blend, garnish with some fresh sliced banana and a dust of powdered PB.
