The classic old fashioned cocktail gets a well-deserved garnish of grass-fed beef jerky for this simple party trick.  Jerky + Whiskey = Happy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Cocktail Crate Classic Old Fashioned Syrup
  • 2 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey
  • Slant Shack 100% Grass-fed Beef Jerky
  • Orange peel for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine Cocktail Crate Classic Old Fashioned Syrup with whiskey and stir with ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist and beef jerky.

Pro Tip: Pre-Batch your Old Fashioned Syrup and Bourbon in a swing-top bottle and lay it out with ice and garnish to service a crowd.  Everybody loves a "pour your own old fashioned" station!
