Ginger Bourbon “Slushee”


  • 1/2 cup cold Bourbon
  • ¼ cup Liber & Co. Ginger Syrup or Mckellar Co. Charred Ginger Syrup
  • ¼  cup fresh lemon juice
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ice


  1. Put the juice, ginger syrup, bourbon and mint in a blender and blend until combined. Taste for sweetness, adding more simple syrup if needed. Add a few cups of ice and blend until slushy, adding more ice as needed.
