- 1/2 cup cold Bourbon
- ¼ cup Mckellar Co. Charred Ginger Syrup
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Put the juice, ginger syrup, bourbon and mint in a blender and blend until combined. Taste for sweetness, adding more simple syrup if needed. Add a few cups of ice and blend until slushy, adding more ice as needed.
