El Guapo Tom Collins — aka Spiked Lemonade

One of our favorite New Orleans makers is the cornerstone in this refreshing take on a Tom Collins cocktail. 

Ingredients

• 1 jigger Gin or Vodka
• 3/4 parts El Guapo Lemonade Mix. 
• El Guapo Love Potion #9 Bitters.
• soda

Directions

1. In a Collins glass filled with ice add Gin or Vodka and El Guapo Lemonade Mix. Top with club soda and El Guapo Love Potion #9 Bitters.

Pro tip: Garnish with a slice of lemon and stir with a rosemary sprig clapped between your hands to release the essential oils.
