- 2-3 soft Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more to blend if necessary
- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
- 1 Tbs. Peguero Farm Pistachio Butter
Toss the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve straight away in tall glasses.
