Barbados Rum Punch


  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 6 oz gold rum
  • 8 oz water
  • 6 dashes Angostura bitters 
  • Reed’s Candied Ginger 
  • Limes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 qt. jug and fill with ice cubes to chill. 
  2. Divide among glasses filled with ice, garnish with lime and candied ginger
