1. Extreme Beer Fest // Boston, MA

Hosted by Beer Advocate (one of the most trusted names in craft beer) this festival is in its 15th year and boasts over 300 beers from 80 breweries. Go from beginner to brewmaster by tasting your way through this sea of awesome.

2. Great American Beer Festival // Denver, CO

Brewing since 1982, this festival hosts plenty of great breweries like Cigar City and top notch food vendors (especially cheese) like Zingerman’s Creamery and Point Reyes Farmstead. You can learn to home brew or just knock back one of the 3000+ beers available!

3. Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers // Chicago, IL

At the largest celebration of barrel-aged beers in the country festival goers can taste many beers not sold in stores and generally just nerd out on all things wood. The coveted “Best in Show” awards wrap up the fest with categories like top Fruit Beer, Porter and Wild Beer (Sours).
