Ingredients

  • Eliot’s Honey Chipotle Peanut Butter 
  • Primo Berry Pasilla Preserve 
  • 2 thick slices white bread (challah or texas toast if you can find it)
  • banana, sliced
  • butter

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one side of one slice of bread, top with sliced banana.  Spread jam on the other piece of bread and combine. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the sandwich on each side until golden brown and peanut butter is melted.
