BACON, SRIRACHUP & EGG SANDWICH

Ingredients
12 strips Broadbent’s Maplewood Smoked Bacon
4 eggs
8 thick slices bread, toasted, buttered
Sosu Srirachup

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your liking. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.

  2. Wipe pan with paper towel, over medium-high heat add a touch of oil, crack in eggs and cook sunny side up.

  3. To serve, top 4 slices buttered toast with a dollop of Srirachup, some bacon and a fried egg. Season to taste, then top with remaining slices of bread and serve hot.
