Bacon Jerky Ballpark Frank

Ingredients
4 good quality beef hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
cheddar cheese, shredded
Preservation & Co. “Big John’s Habanero” Chips
Chef’s Cut Applewood Bacon Jerky

Directions

  1. Add hot dogs to cold salted water and bring them up to a boil. Turn them off and keep them warm in the hot water.

  2. Place hot dogs in their buns, top with cheese and place under broiler to melt. Add bacon jerky, put under broiler for 1 minute until glistening, don’t burn!

  3. Top with habanero chips, serve.
