Grilled Citrus Rosemary Lemonade
1 and 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Raft Citrus Rosemary Cocktail Syrup
3/4 oz fresh grilled lemon juice, about 1/2 of a lemon, squeezed (instructions below)
cold club soda or water
Place sugar in a medium-sized plate. Dip each of the lemons, cut side down, into sugar. Place lemons on grill, cut side down, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from grill.
Fill glasses with ice, add gin, lemon juice and citrus rosemary syrup.
- Top with club soda or cold water, stir briefly and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge.
