Ingredients

  • 8 Grey Ghost Cinnamon Pecan Cookies
  • 1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

1) Turn up your freezer and make sure that pint is really frozen!
2) Using a large serrated knife, lay the pint on it's side and cut into 1/2 inch strips (including the pint container).
3) Peel the container away from the ice cream, giving you a perfect circular disk.
4) Place between two Grey Ghost Cinnamon Pecan Cookies.
